🇳🇬 Nigeria · Phase 3

Lagos already ships.

The hardest-working creative city on the continent. We're not bringing skills to Nigeria — we're bringing the credential and the pipeline that connects Lagos talent to Canadian brands hiring right now.

Why Nigeria is the third market we open

Nigeria is the fastest-growing African source country for Canadian permanent residents. English-first. Builder culture. The diaspora is already proving the path — what's missing is a legitimate credential and a brand pipeline that replaces the "japa via private college" route the 2024 cap is closing.

Tracks built for the Lagos builder

  • AI Product Design & Engineering — your portfolio, validated by a Canadian product team. NOC 21233.
  • AI Social Media Management — you already make content; ship for a Canadian brand. NOC 11202.
  • AI Film-Making — Nollywood craft → Canadian commercial / studio pipeline. NOC 51120.
  • AI Growth & Sales Engineering — SaaS revenue ops for Canadian companies. NOC 11202.

How it runs

  1. 12 weeks. WAT-friendly live sessions, async-first.
  2. Real brief from a Canadian brand partner. You ship; they sign off.
  3. Permanent Serial credential, NOC-mapped, public profile.
  4. Direct interview pipeline into the brand partner.

The Express Entry reality

For a Lagos applicant in their late 20s with a CS or design degree, English at C1 and a SmarterUni credential signed by a Canadian brand, the file looks completely different from the typical "agent-packaged" application. The CRS points aren't magic — they come from real work in a TEER 0–3 NOC role, which is exactly what a track ends with.

Cost

Most tracks: ₦150,000–₦600,000 total. Sponsored seats exist for strong applications. No agent fees, no migration packages.
